1. ORDER PROCESSING All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. OUR LOGISTICS MODEL excan prides itself on a unique global collection. Some items are sourced and processed via our atelier partner in Mexico (ALBEH CI SAS DE CV) before arriving at our Dubai hub for quality control and final dispatch. This ensures authenticity but may influence shipping timelines.

3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

  • UAE (Domestic): 2 – 4 Business Days.
  • GCC Countries: 5 – 7 Business Days.
  • International: 7 – 14 Business Days.
  • Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing.
