1. INTRODUCTION Welcome to excan, an online store specializing in exclusive private label artworks and design pieces. This website is owned and operated by ALBEH GLOBAL LLC FZ, a Free Zone Limited Liability Company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates («We», «Us», or «Our»).

By purchasing from excan.ae, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. PRODUCTS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • Private Label: All products sold are excan private label goods.
  • Ownership: ALBEH GLOBAL FZ LLC retains all intellectual property rights, designs, and copyrights to the artworks and content displayed. Purchasing a physical item does not grant you the right to reproduce, copy, or distribute the image or design.
  • Handmade Nature: Our products are often hand-finished. Slight variations in color, texture, or dimensions are characteristics of the artwork and are not considered defects.

3. ORDERS & CONTRACT

  • Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is formed only when we send you a Shipping Confirmation email.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspicion of fraud.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

  • Currency: Prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirhams), USD or EUROS.
  • VAT (UAE): For customers delivering within the UAE, prices include the applicable 5% VAT.
  • International Taxes: For deliveries outside the UAE, the customer is the importer of record and is responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes.

5. LOGISTICS & SUPPLY CHAIN You acknowledge that excan operates a global supply chain. Our products are curated and processed via our strategic partner in Mexico, ALBEH CI SAS DE CV, before being finalized and distributed by ALBEH GLOBAL FZ LLC in Dubai.

6. GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be referred to the Dubai Courts.
