Returns & Refunds
1. OVERVIEW We want you to love your excan art piece. However, if you are not satisfied, we are here to help, in accordance with Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) regulations.
2. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS If your item arrives damaged:
- You must notify us at support@excan.ae within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your Order Number and clear photos of the damage.
- We will arrange a replacement or a full refund (including shipping).
3. CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.
- Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item to our facility in Dubai.
- Refunds: Once inspected, we will refund the product price (excluding original shipping costs) to your original payment method.
4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS Customized or personalized art pieces cannot be returned unless defective.
